I wanted to take the time to write to you and let you know how much I appreciate the phenomenal care that I received at Park Avenue Fertility.  It is important, not only as a patient but also as a healthcare worker myself, not to allow this exceptional care to be taken for granted.

As you are aware, the process of infertility testing, treatments and visits can take a toll both emotionally and physically.  You and your wonderful staff made this process more than pleasant.  I actually looked forward to office visits because I felt that I had established genuine relationships with each of you.  Along with yourself, Franci, Jen West, Melissa, Jen, Maryann and everyone there - were all beyond professionally courteous.  Ann in the front office took care of any questions/issues that arose regarding our insurance coverage and always said “don’t worry, we’ll take care of it” (and we trusted and believed that she would).  And of course an honorable mention goes out to Jackie and the anesthesiologists that took such good care of us on “procedure days”.

My husband and I felt a true connection with each of you that allowed for an increased comfort level throughout this trying process.  This extent of care far exceeded our expectations and we will be forever grateful that we were recommended to your center.  Although we are sad to have to “move on”, it is because of all of your hard work and dedication that we are able to do successfully.

Please share this letter with everyone who will read it!  I want it known that I have the best doctor, nurses and medical staff in the world!  Thank you again for a wonderful experience.  We look forward to seeing you again in the future.  We will keep you all posted on the rest of the story…..

We are overjoyed to introduce you to the newest member of our family.  We are all doing wonderfully and feel so very blessed to have her in our lives.  When I look back on our struggle to conceive I can remember the many times we questioned whether or not to continue with treatment and the doubts that lingered.  But thanks to you and your wonderful staff it did happen for us!  I can honestly say, without any reservations, that we made the right choices which started with choosing the right team.

We cannot thank you enough for the attention, care and support you provided to us.  You and your team consistently delivered services in a manner that was friendly, supportive and respectful of our choices.  Your responsiveness and sensitivity to our needs was amazing, I wish every doctor applied the same style to their patient care.  I always felt that I was being treated as an individual and that you truly cared about our success.  This helped tremendously during a most trying time in our lives.

We are contemplating the possibility of a third child and have an appointment to see you in a couple of weeks!  We will have the baby in tow and look forward to seeing you then.  Once again, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for our little miracle.  We never could have done it without you!
