Park Avenue Fertility Chosen to be a Fertility Center of Excellence.
The Reproductive Resource division of the Clinical Sciences Institute (CSI) has chosen Park Avenue Fertility as a Fertility Center of Excellence.

Each fertility clinic is carefully evaluated before being added to the Center of Excellence network. 

The evaluation process is extensive, including the following criteria:

• A proven track record of successful clinical outcomes
• Low multiple rates and high birth rates
• Comprehensive reproductive services
• Superior physician credentials and experience
• Exceptional facility operations and staffing
• Industry accreditation and affiliations

An annual review is conducted once Infertility clinics have passed the best practice evaluation criteria.

Patients rank Dr. Levi above the 90th percentile!
Press Ganey, the tool that many hospitals use to measure patient satisfaction, specifically gathers information on patients’ satisfaction with services provided by their physicians.  

Questions asked to measure patient satisfaction relate to the following physician services:

• Time spent with patient
• Addressing patients’ concerns
• Friendliness of physician
• Skill of physician

A recent survey from Bridgeport Hospital Dr. Levi’s patients ranked him above the 90th percentile.

Dr. Levi receives the Patients’ Choice Award again!
Every month, more than 100,000 patients in the United States provide online feedback about their doctor experience.
Over the course of 2010, hundreds of thousands of patient reviews were written and shared. While patients generally receive positive feedback from their patients, only a select few consistently receive rave reviews with near perfect scores.

• Ease of appointment setting

Of the nation’s 720,000 active physicians, less that 6% were accorded this honor by their patients in 2010.
