If you would like to know if Dr. Andrew Levi participates with your insurance carrier, please contact the office by email by simply clicking on “Contact Us” or by telephone, 203.372.6700.  Patients with non-participating insurance carriers are welcome.  Our Patient Care Coordinators, Ann and Melissa will contact your insurance carrier to check for any services that are covered by your insurance plan and/or if you are covered under the Connecticut State Mandate.  They will work closely with you to maximize each option available to you so that your desired treatment and financial obligation is most beneficial to you.  If you do not have any insurance coverage, you may speak with Fiona Mullins, our office director who will discuss the option of private pay.
