Lisa Garcia

Lisa is one of our Receptionists at Park Avenue Fertility and Reproductive Medicine, an important role on our team.  Lisa understands that she is can be the first contact patients have with the practice, whether that contact is by telephone or in person. 

It is important to her that patients hear a friendly voice, see a friendly face greeting them, and she ensures that patient communication with the reception desk is accurate, efficient and comfortable.  Lisa has a strong background in customer service with an emphasis on medical practices. 

Lisa has ten years of experience as a receptionist and with running the front desk for medical practices.

Lisa is married and has one daughter.

Jessica Beck

Jessica is one of our Receptionists at Park Avenue Fertility and Reproductive Medicine, an important role on our team. Jessica understands that she is can be the first contact patients have with the practice, whether that contact is by telephone or in person.

It is important to her that patients hear a friendly voice, see a friendly face greeting them, and she ensures that patient communication with the reception desk is accurate, efficient and comfortable. Jessica’s past administrative experience at the front desk includes pediatrics, internal medicine and surgical. Jessica is also skilled in phlebotomy and has worked as a medical assistant in the past.

Jessica is married to Rich and they have a son and a daughter.
